"Wow!! Blown away by the superior level of service we received from this company. We had a chimney fire that required a new liner to be installed. From the 1st phone call I made on the night the fire happened, to the final clean-up on the last day of repairs, we experienced the most polite and professional interaction with everyone from the office personnel to the apprentice laborers. Our house was in the process of being sold when the fire occurred and we had just 4 weeks to get the chimney repaired before the day of passing papers on the sale. The special care they took of our property, inside & out, knowing how much was at stake for us, was so helpful in reducing the enormous stress we were feeling under the circumstances. In these days of mediocrity, it was so refreshing to witness how these workers took pride in every aspect of their work; from placing walking mats, blankets, and other protective measures to ensure our house stayed as clean as possible, to also going the extra mile to fix issues they discovered outside the scope of the initial work to be done, all while taking the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way, to answering all our questions with empathy & patience that is very rare nowadays. "We had a wood burning insert installed in our fireplace at the beginning of this year by Atlantic Chimney. (And two flue liners.) We loved working with them. We love our Regency insert. Just had them here last week cleaning the chimney and insert. Great guys. Erika is great to schedule with and answers all our questions. (We had so many in the beginning!) Another thing I'll say is it's so efficient. Almost too hot. Heats a large area. It has a blower. We even had to crack a window sometimes and let some freezing air in. We'll learn as we go in regards to how much wood to add."

"Atlantic scheduled my chimney repair job more than 2 months prior to the start date. I figured they would not start on time as is the way with most companies these days. They showed up the day they were supposed to and the whole job was completed by the end of the week. The crew was very professional and a nice group of guys led by Tito. All questions were answered and they went above and beyond doing a great job. Fernando followed the job from the beginning when he did the inspection and estimate to the end when he made sure the fire box was completed correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work they perform from my experience. Thanks again guys great job!"

"Atlantic chimney rebuilt two flues in my chimney after a chimney fire collapsed my wood stove flue into my furnace flue! I have an old school house and the chimney is about 40 feet tall. They were so professional and did a fabulous job (not an easy job by any means). Now I have them clean my flue annually and I wouldn't use anymore else! Fernando is fabulous!"
